The Associate Membership plan is designed for prospective members under the age of 40*. This plan allows for individuals to pay the $6,400 stock value (equity) and the $2,500 transfer fee over 10 years INTEREST FREE. The payment plan is as follows:

* Starting age is age ON or BEFORE April 15th. If joining as a couple (Family), age of older person applies.
**Annual payment is in addition to paying full dues ("Single" dues minimum) and assessments.

• Program is limited to 10 Associate Members at any given time. A separate waiting list will be established for persons wanting to join as an Associate Member. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required for persons wanting to join as an Associate Member waiting list.
• Associate Members are in addition to our current 375 Full Members.
• Associate Members do not have voting rights.
• Associate Members are required to pay full dues (Single Dues Minimum).
• Associate Members are required to pay assessments.
• Associate Members are allowed to play in member events.
• Associate Members have limited tee time access (5 days instead of 7)
• Associate Members can bring guests for the member guest price.
• Associate Members can purchase annual cart rental, range memberships, and guest pass books.
• Associate Members, upon full completion of the program (10 years), will be guaranteed full membership status (Even if membership is full at 375, and/or a waiting list).
• Associate Members wishing to ecome a full member may pay off remaining balance at any time. However, if there is a waiting list to become a member, they will be placed at the bottom of the list. While on the waiting list, Associate Members my continue to play golf under the Associate Member program conditions.
• Associate Members wishing to leave prior to full payment will be paid vested equity listed above without having to be placed on an exit list.
